C.A.R.

C.A.R is an internal document. Its template is being circulated in the server and staff can easily access wheneven they need. Yet it is best avoided anyway.

C.A.R. at present functions as an official confession letter. Staff of the customer service team are strictly required, if he or she make any sufficient mistakes or so-called "non-comformance" on his or her duties, to complete the CAR form to detailedly explain the mistake made; most important, the staff are expected to propose a comprehensive strategy or solution which may effectively help settle the problems and avoid any similar cases in the future. It is said that the collection of CAR would on one hand act as one of the appraisal consideration factors, and be handed over to Quality Assurance Department for evaluation on the other.

CAR has been enforced for more than a month since invented by Boss, and its ustiziation are dramatically increasing. All CS are shook by Boss' abuse of CAR on them and they are scared by the serious attitude taken by the managerial level.

For example, CS witnessed today that Ms. OT was harshly scolded by Boss just because she intended to bargain with him for the surcharge on a job. Some of us really showed sympathy, and at the same time, hope that we won't be the next one ourselves.

fine, it's ok to cry......
